International flights: Its the customers duty to check for the latest government travel requirements for Australia and his travel destination before proceed with any booking . LEBANON ENTRY NEW RULES
From 15 Dec 2021"
1- All passengers arriving to Lebanon must register on the MOPH PASS platform of the Ministry of Public Health through the following link in order to obtain MOPH PASS and the registered information must be correct.
2- Mandatory PCR test prior arrival to Lebanon:
• All passengers arriving to Lebanon , except children under the age of 12 years, must hold PCR negative test result from one of the certified laboratories by local authorities at point of departure and present negative test result with QR code upon check in. Negative test result validity must not exceed 48 hours between the test result and the date of arrival to Lebanon and they should upload the PCR test result on the platform of the Ministry of Public Health through this link in order to obtain QR code.
• Passengers who do not carry a negative PCR test result with QR code are not allowed to board.
3- Mandatory PCR upon arrival at BRHIA:
All passengers arriving to Lebanon, except children under the age of 12 years and UNIFIL, shall undergo PCR test upon arrival at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport. Passengers who performed PCR test upon arrival at BRHIA must remain at home until they receive test result within 24 hrs. via SMS and electronic copy of result. If the PCR result was positive, the passenger must contact immediately the COVID-19 hotline 1787 at the Ministry of Public Health.
4- As from Jan 10, 2022, all arriving passengers, except children under the age of 12 years and UNIFIL, must pay 30$ in advance by a credit card and shall be done exclusively through this link in order to obtain MOPH PASS that allows them to perform a PCR test upon arrival at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport.
5- Exemptions from mandatory PCR test prior arrival:
• Passengers who have received the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine or a complete dose of Covid-19 vaccine (which is formed of one dose) minimum 2 weeks before their departure to Lebanon.
• Passengers who were infected and cured from Covid-19 within 90 days before their departure date after showing an official document confirming that.
• Passengers who traveled out of Lebanon and will return within one week ( traveled during one day of the week and will return on the same day during the following week).
• Passenger are mandatory required to upload proving certificates and official documents on the platform of the Ministry of Public Health through this link in order to obtain MOPH PASS.

From 1 November 2021 the NSW Government will remove quarantine requirements for arrivals who is fully-vaccinated with a TGA-approved vaccine. Overseas arrivals who are not fully vaccinated will be required to undergo mandatory 14-days hotel quarantine.

- Date of the last dose of vaccination should be at least 14 days before transit through Singapore
